I have already contacted them, and they couldn't solve my issues, and led me to this issue.
My issues:
Cannot launch Minecraft Java Edition nor Minecraft for Windows.
Can launch Minecraft for Windows directly, but cannot sign in in it.
I have contacted Mojang customer support several times, but they couldn't solve the issue, and just led me to here in the end.
I doubt they can fix this by the end of this year.
