I remove "noexec" from mountpoint /tmp, problem was solved.
Of course, it was solved by setting "TMPDIR" to the directory where "noexec" is not set.

Problem still exists on launcher version 2.1.5965 .
The relationship is unknown, but I am also having problem with the AMD system. My computer CPU Phenom 2 X4 905e, video Radeon HD 6450.

I found workaround.
1. Extract the *.so files from the jar file in ~/.minecraft/libraries/org/lwjgl .
2. Place that *.so files to a suitable path (ex. /home/<user account name>/.minecraft/lwjgl )
3. Set(or add) the JVM argument "-Djava.library.path=/home/<user account name>/.minecraft/lwjgl" .
4. Start up normally.

Hello. I has same problem on Gentoo GNU/Linux icedtea-jdk 3.13.0 openjdk version "1.8.0_222".

Minecraft Version 1.14.4 is same problem. Does not start.

Minecraft Version 1.14.3 is same problem. Does not start but Does start on the "Minecraft.jar" launcher.

Version 1.14.4 does not start on the "Minecraft.jar" launcher.
Attach a log of the "Minecraft.jar" launcher.

Mesa3D 11.2.2 to 13.0.2 (libdrm 2.43.0 to 2.46.0, LLVM 3.8.0 to 3.9.0)
Xorg video driver(xf86-video-ati) 7.7.0 to 7.8.0.

The computer environment has changed, I can not write "This issue has been fixed".
