I purchased this for my son 2 days ago, and while it tries to load City Life 2, minecraft crashes. I'm not sure how to get a refund, but obviously my son would prefer it works. This is on an iPhone 6 Plus (latest iOS 12.x I believe installed), and under the same account on an iPhone 8 (latest iOS 13 I believe).
My original complaint is quite old now and there has never been any communication about the issue, a cause, a potential refund or anything. This is, of course fraud. If you pay for something and never receive that good or service in a useable state it is fraud. I've contacted my credit card company for a charge back and will lodge a complaint with BBB for whatever that's worth. I agree with someone's point about the obviously unethical practices of both PixelHead and Mojang for enabling this fraudulent activity, especially given its audience is intended for kids.
