They were naturally spawned in. 

My gold farm is broken due to this bug. Furthermore, when I killed Zombified Piglins, they do not drop any experience. 

My witch farm no longer works either. It becomes a general mob farm since mobs such as zombies, skeletons and creepers spawn inside witch hut. 

I have a librarian with the same problem after being cured for three times. The other three cured librarians work as normal.
