Having the same issue in the official release. v0.14.0 238.1MB world, Survival iPhone 6s Plus, 64gb (8.4Gb available), iOS 9.2.1. Had it 3 times - reset/reboot fixed the issue, making me think its probably a RAM issue. (Been experimenting with a railway network, so could be loading more of the map than usual? Hadn't seen the issue before the update though.)
