Affects 1.20.30 
Food Will Make you fall (As showed in one of the clips of this post)
Right-clicking tools half stick you in the ground ( As showed in a duplicate report )
Also found out that changing using the timer function in horion ( don't ban me lol ) if you decrease it will cause you to fall more often and the opposite.

I didn't test other version but maybe
