I think i've found the thing that's causing this but I do not know why it's causing this. I was on the server while my friend left, he's hosting it. I got disconnected. Every time I joined, I got a time out. The server went bk to normal and i attempted to rejoin. What I did to try to rebuild yet again what was gone was gone once again. It reverts the map bk to when the server last started which was after my friend added the schematic file and started the server. I believe this issue is caused from my friend's end of the computer but I don't know why it's happening. I'll have him check the console tomorrow. But for now, I need someone to help me out and tell me a why this is happening or perhaps a fix to this issue.

This is a regular vanilla minecraft server we're using from minecraft.net.

it didn't seem to play. It only played the original record disc from minecraft

What's the file for resourcepacks when adding custom music? I have mine as .ogg which worked in 1.8 and previous versions. I can tell they changed a lot of the formats in 1.9 which is a bit annoying.

Didn't do anything. I copied and pasted the command and nothing played. It can't be my minecraft because i reinstalled 1.9. Just 1.9 itself.

I did /playsound and it said what it usually would come up "/playsound <sound> <player> [x] [y] [z] [volume]" So in that case what would the command be to play record discs?

This worked when I used a different custom resource pack with the same music in 1.8. I just wanted to transfer it into a resource pack made for 1.9 and it played perfectly fine in 1.8. But in 1.9 it had this problem.

I have done that. it said /playsound <sound> @p. I did /playsound records.13 @p

I've also conducted a theory that ot could be changing internet or switching between internet connections. Haven't switched internet connections for a month and it hasnt deleted my server list. Next month I switched internet connections caise mone 1st wasnt working so i kept constantly switching and it deleted my server list. This can be one thing but doesnt mean Minecraft should delete server lists...

Works in 1.7.10..But if u read my important message in the descroption. I said that 1.7.2 wasn't an option on the affected versions box so i put a random version in it...This problem occurred in 1.7.2 NOT 1.7.10!

I see what u mean..But it only happens when i use a snapshot in a single player world..I think it's stuff added in the snapshots that lowers fps..But I don't think it has anything to do w/ lightning.I have a great system that usually gets 200 or more FPS. But in the snapshots i get only 50-100 FPS. Could also be the files in the snapshots.

Also happens when u refresh sometimes to reconnect to the servers..When i click it sometimes my server list wipes out in a flash..

The proof is on the way! I am walking around on my new map on super flat. Then a few slimes just spawn and despawn for a 1/2 second! Hope this convinces you enough that there is a bug on the 14w11b snapshot! The video of the PROOF is above where the attachments are! If you don't know the name of the video. This although happened to me using the newest snapshot with the slim blocks and barrier blocks. I don't lag either i usually have 100-200 maybe 300 FPS because i got a new Lenovo laptop.I was flying around and I see a slime for a 1/2 second. Although I don't think it happens in regular updates meaning if I don't use any of the snapshots just a plain update Ex; 1.7.5. This happened when i was testing out the snapshot to see what was new. And by the way this happened on Super Flat world so try that instead... If you still do not see it then I will record some proof!
