We fixed it!

We reset my son's 2015 Fire HD 6 (4th Generation) to factory settings and repurchased/downloaded Minecraft PE and it let him into the program.

Hi! Thank you for responding.

I had looked at the ticket you mentioned before submitting my own–it was referring to the Samsung Galaxy, where I am dealing with the Amazon HD Fire.

My boys do not have the music pack, so it's not that.

Hi,

My boys play Minecraft PE version 1.6.1.0 on their 2015 Amazon Fire HD 6 (4th generation), and both have not been able to get past the "Minecraft" white screen on their tablets for 2-3 weeks. I've been searching for a fix, but I only seem to find others having the same issue. Can someone please get me a resolution to this issue?
