I know this is of the utmost importance but I have started having the exact same problem on my Windows 10 phone. Just started in the last few weeks.
I have 2 Windows 10 phones. I have a Nokia 640xl which I have updated to the latest 1709 build and I have an Acer Liquid Jade Primo at the highest 1511 build. Game crashes on both during loading. On the Nokia, I get to the menu screen but it says " Global resources failed to load. Resetting global resources." Then it crashes out. The Acer loads Mojang and crashes before it even gets to Minecraft title.
