I have this problem too. I am using the IOS version and it mainly happens when I am the only one in the realm at the time. This happened to me and my friend once when we both joined (not at the same time) and we both couldnt load a certain amount of area. I usually wait it out when it happens but it is a bit of a pain especially when I have that bit of free time to do whatever haha
