I’ll add that we do not have add-ons enabled. Vanilla Minecraft server.

Having the same issue in a 10+ year old world I play on a server with friends. No one has seen the new mob variants. We’ve found all the new grass/leaves/plants, but no new mobs. Anywhere. New chunks or old.
