I am also getting this bug. No matter what I do, I cannot get the skeleton to hit itself with deflected arrow.
I just had the same issue. Wandering Villager was standing still outside my house, and after I prompted to trade with him he started zooming around, but within a certain radius.
As is with most bugs in Minecraft, quitting to title and re-entering fixed the issue.
Thank you for your response! I hope this means enchanting will be getting an overhaul in 1.15/1.16 🙂 so that's why you guys aren't touching it yet.
Confirmed for 1.14
Apparently, this seems to only work on fishing rods. To reproduce it, you have to keep enchanting fishing rods on first slot enchantment until you get this bug. This occurs very randomly, from my short test, the amount of attempts it took was between 5 to 27 attempts until this bug occured. Here are some pictures of what it looks like:
[media]You can't see it, but my mouse is hovering on the first slot. As you can see, no preview can be seen, and it cannot be clicked.
However, I couldn't reproduce this on the second slot enchantment. Should I make a new post about this?
Edit: oh this is duplicate of MC-36937
This is very hard to reproduce, due to the nature of enchantment table, but we can tell you this bug definitely is a thing that exists. I'll post after I've reproduced it.
Confirmed for 1.13.2 and this is getting really annoying. I get off a horse and do something for 10 seconds, then come back only to see my horse either gone or 500 blocks away from where it was.
Can confirm this is happening in 18w43c. Screenshots below show this bug.
[media][media]Can confirm this is still happening in 18w43c.
Edit: just to confirm that I agree with the person above me. The game tries to draw all the chunks at once as soon as I move to the next chunk, and I think that's part of the issue somehow.
Came here to report this. Can confirm this issue.
I can confirm this bug happening in 1.16.1. I think it's got to do with the insane magma cube spawn rate.
