Same thing happened to me. Every time I log out of a realm nothing saves. Hours of gameplay gets lost and cannot be recovered. This service has been nothing but a waste of my time and money, and I will not be giving them another dime. It's honestly a shame that we spent money on this and so many people have this problem. Every other game that I've ever played in my life has a save option and it works. Hopefully this will actually get fixed soon but it seems to have been a problem for so many for so long, so I won't hold my breath.
