make sure you can respawn at the side of the bed, make a 2 block high space at one connecting side, whit your feet touching the side of the bed when you are standing there. (minecraft mechanics)
do you got space in your inventory?(and if there are items floating on the ground, they will despawn (get deleted) after a few minutes.)
