Same problem here. Purchased a texture pack on Kids Kindle Fire 7 through my son's Kindle FreeTime account. Used once. When he returned later and woke the tablet up to play again the purchase was gone, as if never had been made. Amazon, however, did charge the $3.99 + tax to my account.
