I've also encountered the same issue.

I ran into the same issue, where the wood of one of my houses started to convert to dirt as well as the air inside of that house.

It also randomly generated bamboo in part of my base which floats in mid air and breaks whenever it grows. Unsure what the cause is but it definitely has to do with the recent update.

If the leaves are connected to the leaves of a tree that still stands or even a single wood block they will not despawn.

I have encountered the same issue with the bamboo farm in my base.

This is also combined with wood converting to dirt, dirt randomly "growing" in the air and parts of the ground and air being replaced by farms.
