I'm encountering the same issue on Windows 11/Launcher v3.6.2-2.1.3/Vanilla 1.21.3 & 1.21.4. Up to this point, no solutions provided from this ticket, the Community Support server or the official support team are working. My current device has been confirmed to not contain any malware or incompatible software.
