Two of my marketplace items have disappeared from my account, my founders cape and Minecon Earth Skin, I know for a fact that I had these cosmetics as I still have both of them on my alternate account (gamertag: SkaterLandau), I also had the cape equipped when it disappeared from my character customizer. Can I get my items back? This is really annoying and unfair. I originally made a post on the Minecraft support page and they told me to watch this thread but so far there has been no fix
