I've experienced screen freezes due to entities such as Banners, signs, mobs, and chests(...) unloading behind or away from me and having to load once again when I turn to look at them or am approaching them. The freezes (sometimes) also happen when I am about to take damage or open my inventory (or a chest), switch to an enchanted weapon in my inventory and similar.
