What i think happened was the server has many players playing and it can get laggy and turn into a crash report. So I tried going on a multiplayer server and crashed.

Issue resolved it was a plugin called griefprevention acting up sorry for wasting time
Also applies to mobs who have been pulled by the lead when player stops pulling them, self fixes when lead gets slack or breaks.
