Unfortunately I don't have a back up copy of my world. As I don't have playstation plus.
But it doesn't effect my smaller worlds either.
I have had a similar experience. My file size is the same (953.1mb).
Was playing multiplayer with a friend on a private world. Entered the deep dark and the game crashed saying that the world was corrupted.
Closed and reloaded minecraft. Reloaded the world was fine for about 5min then it crashed saying world corrupted again.
Now it won't load the world at all. At first it said there wasn't enough space (even with 119gb free on my ps5).
Now says unable to load due to world corruption.
Has only occurred since entering the deep dark.
I've experienced a similar issue.
Went to update world, game crashes then the world corrupted.
Or will update ok then crash or corrupt on the reload.
I did get the storage space issue as well (my world capped at 951mb) but the thing was it was showing this and I have 119GB free on my console.
So I ended up getting a portable HD (5tb) and making room on my ps4 which is a 1tb but keep minecraft and the world files on the console. Updated a back up of my world and it seems to be working OK for the moment.
This bug is currently happening on my PS5 since the update that dropped yesterday.
As soon as it finished installing it logged me out of Microsoft and says I'm still connected when I try to log back in.
It also got rid of all my skins. Sometimes on rebooing the console the skins return, but rarely. Even uninstalling the game still won't allow me to log in.
And I've never used a different user name or email.
As of the 5th September. I tired logging in again and it worked finally. But I still lost all my skins.
