It is currently affecting me in 0.14.3

Ohh and the objects folder has those other folders, but the next ones in there are all empty because the items can't be downloaded into those folders. (it gets stuck a lot of times at sounds, now it's stuck at minecraft/lang/de_DE.lang)
This goes for all versions and mods with the "new" launcher!
+my launcher version is 1.5.3
Please help me, I need to re-downloaded it... (sorry for the chaotic style, couldn't think properly and type in order, it got very unprofessional 😃)
I tried reproducing this bug but everything seems to work as normal for me.
