Renderdragon is just for performing when using RTX but in mobile us useless mobile device cant use RTX

When 1.18.12 everything looks normal the fps is 55-60 and i using fps slider but since 1.18.30 came out the fps is 5-10 and the fps slider is useless for 1.18.30
