MCPE-38187 Underwater Vision does not improve when in Creative/Superflat World Duplicate

I am also seeing this, my head can slide into a solid block and I start suffocating; I have a barrier wall along a bridge that I can just walk through and fall to the void, sometimes collision works but most of the time it isnt.  I am on Windows 10

I am seeing this same issue on my realm; lots of pillage patrols spawn on our mushroom island or in the ocean adjacent to it

  3.  I was affected and it was after I switched between two Windows 10 devices, my wife who was NOT affected has played on only one Windows 10 device.

 

I have had this happen twice.  First I logged in and updated my realm on my secondary laptop.  When I got home and played on my other computer my character was wiped.  Yesterday I found out about automatic realm backups so I was able to restore from the backup, checked everything and it looked good.  This restore was done from the secondary laptop.  When I got home to my primary computer everything was wiped again and I had to restore another time.  

This happened on my realm as well and only with me playing on Windows 10.  Though I did switch devices between the two logins where I noticed the wipe happen.
