I hope this gets fixed soon, along with the lag on the new snapshots. Died on a hardcore looking for a bastion, only to then go into spectator and find it had no loot 😞

iirc you have to claim the code pre-2018, not have a Pre-2018 account.
I may be wrong though, someone more educated might have the correct answer
