I just got an xbox one x and repurchased the game for the 5th time now (xbox 360 disc, xbox 360 digital copy, amazon frietv, PC & xbox one x). A $500 console that's thrives on being "the most powerful in the world" and theres this much issues getting an 8-BIT game working...utterly ridiculous
Issue: When you save & exit, then reload the game, all my stuff on my character is gone &/OR the save/load point is completely different.
Steps To Reproduce: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Enter a game 2. Save & Exit 3. Reenter the game 4. Freak out from all of your stuff missing and hours of work LOST!!!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have attached 4 screenshots... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. One of a character before with my stuff (one of the 5 times i lost all my stuff) 2. After I relaunched the game and all of my stuff is gone. 3. A screenshot of the game before loading with the game map/picture in the loading box/background 4. The actual point I was reloaded to (which you can actually see this spawn point in game the screen from screenshot #3 mentioned above)
A random side effect also seems to be spawning back to the original 0x0 spawn point 2 of the times. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Items Workaround: Put all your stuff into a chest before saving & exiting
Steps Taken To ATTEMPT Resolve: (To No Avail) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -Sign out & back into xbox live -delete game cache and resync -delete game off xbox one x and reinstall -delete gamer profile and redownload from scratch ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Also, ADD EXIT WITHOUT SAVING & MANUAL SAVING BACK!!!!! THIS FORCED REMOVAL IS WHY THESE ISSUES ARE HAPPENING! :|
*UPDATE: I just respawned and lost 28 levels because of this issue.....
