MC-44747 After pressing sign on a book, typing a name and than clicking cancel, when I click sign again, the book automaticlly gets signed with the previous name! Duplicate

Confirmed in 1.8.7! We have a SMP and after 1 month peonies started appearing everywhere for some reason! Break them unload chunks and they;re back! Can't get rid of them! Please fix quick because it makes our world ugly!
