made a large (192 max portals) goldfarm and encountered this issue with every nether portal that is linked to the goldfarm in the current beta 1.16.0.60. This happened in survival and creative. Don't know if its the coordinates because I built in an entirely different location each time. I believe it may be the number of portals
in the newest beta 1.16.0.60 I saw this happen with placed glass blocks but it seemed to only affect clouds. It included stained glass blocks and regular glass blocks
