It's been OVER A WEEK now and this ticket isn't even assigned to anyone yet. There are probably thousands of users having this exact issue, and Mojang couldn't care in the least. They already have your money so why would they? Make sure you don't give them any more of it.

I for one am canceling my Realm and never purchasing another one. Thanks for the terrible customer service.
