The world I first spotted it on a world I haven't gotten night vision potions yet. and yeah. I people thought it was similar, but the world doesn't go black, it almost looks like it tries to reload chunks that are already loaded, and fails at loading them, so it glitches out or something. And it might, I'm not sure. I haven't seen this problem posted before.

Yeah. When you set it to unlimited FPS, the world seems to flash or reload at a very fast rate.

The one you said was a duplicate was different than mine. The one you showed turned the world black. Mine wasn't all black, just parts of the background started turning in an odd way.
