I have this on pc as well i had just finished zombifying what looked like a fletcher, but when i opened the trade menu his trades were stone mason trades.
This is a known glitch its here's the link,
I would delete your thread they will just call it a copy of this one
Pressing the fix button fixed it for me on windows, if someone else would like to confirm....
