Install Minecraft and launch it for the first time.
Sign in to your account.
Join any external multiplayer server (for example, Lifeboat).
The game runs normally at 60 FPS (or whatever FPS your device is capable of).
Close the game completely.
Reopen Minecraft.
Join the same server again.
Result: The FPS becomes locked at 30 and stays there.
Rejoining the server does not fix it, and neither does restarting the game multiple times. Once the issue starts occurring, the FPS remains stuck at 30 FPS in multiplayer.
