So I purchased a game that no longer works and there is nothing I can do but pay for it again? That seems really unfair. My kid and I are separated because of this pandemic and I can't get back home to the states to be there in person, I have been off work long term sick because the pandemic cancelled my surgery and I wanted to do something with my kid until I can get back. Idk if the crossplay would even allow me to play because they have an IOS device in America and I have a pc in the UK but I really want to do something as this situation has caused my kid a lot of stress and they rely on your game to help them through and wanted me to join them until we could be together in person again.
