I have a few Things you could try.

1. Make sure you have a strong internet connection.

2. Check and make sure you are signed in with your Microsoft account.

3. Try restarting your game.

4. Delete your game and reinstall.

Breach makes your mace ignore armor doing max damage there are three levels.

Wind burst boosts you in the air after hitting a mob only when falling goes to level 3. 

Density increases the damage built up per block when falling max level 5.

I have had this issue two I fixed It by exiting out of the game and reentering

If that does not work, try reinstalling the game.

If not let me know and I will see what I can do to get you taken care of.

Hi I have two questions do you have any modifiers like texture packs or mods active or commands? Take them off.  Second have you tried dyeing to reset. assuming you are not playing hardcore mode?

and if that does not work, I would suggest trying to eat something that gives you the regeneration effect and if that fails make a backup and going in creative and resetting your health to full. If not let me know.
