I just recently started having this issue as well. I am on a world with mods and all of a sudden my commands stopped working (I created the world to allow cheats and they worked up until yesterday) After my commands stopped working I would open to lan to allow cheats but then i would try to exit out and my screen would be stuck on the saving world screen in which I have to force quit out of.
