Control Test:(Fail) (Appears to be unloaded chunk test)

It appears to not have been a ghast fireball but nothing at all. I'm unsure exactly why this is and could not recreate the bug in singleplayer after a few attempts.
Sorry for the lack of knowledge in why this is happening
