I looked on the bugs forum and saw that other people had the same problem too. they sad that is was by my antivirus detection, avast.so I go to my avast shield settings and disabled them all. restarted my launcher and Minecraft did work again!
I have the same problem so here is my nativeUpdaterLog.txt but I haven't got a launcherLog.txt
