[MCL-4787] Update Native Problem

So i tried to open Minecraft - And it comes up with Updating Minecraft, Downloading Runtime. When it finished it came up with " Unable To update the minecraft native launcher " So i decided to try again. It happened again. So i decided to download a new Minecraft and update Java, I tried again and it still comes up with " Unable To update the minecraft native launcher "
How do i fix this?
On Macintosh by the way

I have the same problem so here is my nativeUpdaterLog.txt but I haven't got a launcherLog.txt

I looked on the bugs forum and saw that other people had the same problem too. they sad that is was by my antivirus detection, avast.
so I go to my avast shield settings and disabled them all. restarted my launcher and Minecraft did work again!
