Forgive me. When I bought the game, I had assumed I might be provided with technical support by the people that made it. my other post was marked as "Resolved" when there was absolutely no resolution to my problem at all! How can I get someone to help me install this game???

I wondered if there would be more information in the Launcher Log to help debug the problem (the end of which I put in the original post)
I'm going slowly mad here. I am a professional IT who has spent several hours trying to install the game that I paid for, and then several more searching forums to try and troubleshoot the problem. I can find no way to communicate with the people who sold it to me as they seem to have decided to not allow direct interaction with customers via the website. When I posted my problem, I was asked to post the exact message that I had already posted, and my issue was marked 'Resolved' where it is not. When I open a second post in the hopes of having the issue address, it is marked as a Duplicate. Is there another mechanism to ask for technical support here??
