This happened to me after the 1.16.210 update. The first time we logged in 3 of us logged in everyone but myself (the owner of the world) lost all inventory, levels, and started at world spawn. Any players given operater permission were reset to member. We are playing on the same Xbox one. We made a copy of the world and had a 4th person log into that, same thing. We even tried other worlds and it was the same.
Having the same problem and have had second players load at both the world spawn and an older lost versions of them selves at a different location with what was in their inventory when the lost.

We have tried every account (5) and all worlds with the same bug. The problem only began after installing the 1.16.210 update. Although if 2nd player logs in from a pc there is not a problem and 2nd player has all inventory lost.
