Yesterday, I logged out, logged in to check, everything was there. Today, hours are lost. This also affect Ubuntu Linux. This is getting to be a great big waste of time that costs money. Apparently others were also logged in and nothing stuck fore them either.
Thanks for the link - it's in a better place over there too. I'll see you there.
I had this happen once when I lagged severely due to a weak WiFi signal. It puzzled me at first, but I think it was an interaction due to wearing my elytra at the time. I had it on for who knows how long and discovered that yesterday.
I do not believe this is a duplicate of 401. This just started happening two days ago, reliably I might add. The 401 bug is from three years ago which is eons in the software world and is irrelevant today as a sales tax dispute with Radio Shack in 1997..
I had this occur one in 1.16 and three times in 1.16.1
I've recommended the participants to not use the Realm until this is corrected. If this remains a problem, we will eventually revert back to self-hosting.
I have been able to reproduce this by myself without other users logged in. If I log into the Realm, my changes are not saved. The floating drop that I left yesterday is returned waiting to be picked up. It's reliably returning itself there each time I leave and return.
The redstone lamps are the only solid block used. The rest are exclusively half slabs. I have no idea how the two lamps are getting power. I believe the structure still exists, so it is still open to experimentation.
Well, just kidding about all work being on hold 🙂
