YESS ppl who are having the same issue! ive asked so many if they were having the same problem and they said no
There are some fixes, if you manage to use AMD Software to fix the title screen, as mentioned above. Go to your in game settings and turn Anti-Aliasing to 1 and it fixes many of the render errors in game (making the game playable again)
