This is not resolved - it is still not working - the laptop is brand new and has been checked by the supplier. I am not an it expert and need some guidance in simple terms 2 resolve please.

Is it just me being stupid, or is there no way of getting any simple guidance on how to resolve this without needing a degree in computer programming - any guidance would be appreciated. I have bought a brand new laptop, the technicians have checked the laptop and tell me the issue is with Minecraft and to escalate with them, which I thought I had done but I am absolutely no further forward.
