This happens to me too, the llamas will turn green and red and the villagers will have the unemployed skin with the job badge. Horses are also pitch black and I think the tropical fish are also having issues but I may be wrong. I'm on latest version minecraft 1.19.20 and I play on the latest software version of Nintendo Switch. 

I tested it on other platforms and its only Nintendo switch. I also tested it on all my worlds created a new world and the glitch is still present. 

I have a different variation of the same glitch. My villagers have the default unemployed texture even though they have a job (I'm also on Nintendo switch version 1.19.20)

 Same here on same new version. Game will freeze when autosave occurs and during autosave game will drop in performance for a bit. 

I've had a similar issue with this as well, instead of playing multiplayer I was playing single player on bedrock Nintendo switch version. The autosave will result in a decrease in performance sometimes and also can sometimes freeze the game for about 10-50 seconds. They said it was fixed in 1.18.31 but its not. (my version is 1.18.31)
