Having the same issues as well. Even defended the village from all rounds of a Pillager attack. Yet, Golems still continue to attack unrelentingly. I have not tried to remove all the beds and workstations to 'reset' the village. If anyone can confirm it will reset the village and make the Golem's happy. Let me know.
Same issue for me as well in my son's Realm. I have traded with villagers and had defended the village from two sets of Pillager raids. Regardless, naturally spawning Golems still attack me. Of interest they are not attacking other players in the Realm. This did start when I inadvertently killed a few villagers with a bad lava placement.
