Yes I'm using global resource packs and the issue is pretty much the same as mine except it crashes at 98% for me.

Same i have a g203 and it used to work and i play on Xbox and the mouse used to say mouse button 5 and 6 and the mouse also has a dpi button which i assume would probably be mouse button 4. Mojang please fix this I cant live without these keybinds.
