Hm, that kinda defeats the whole purpose of biomes :/ In Practice that just means every biome will be a jumbled mess of hills, even Plains biomes, that are supposed to be flat.
???
It's a Plains biome. It's supposed to be flat.
@unknown I found this bug when I tested my piston elevator that goes up to build height, and noticed I wasn't pushed up to the very top.
But I do agree with you on that this is not a big issue, and really does not affect a large part of the game at all, and if fixing this would be messy and would potentially ruin pistons in some way, then it should be left well enough alone.
I understand your point, however it still feels like a bug to me, or at least an unintuitive feature, because for all intents and purposes, those pistons should be able to active, since there's valid room above/below them.
Oh no, this will break my villager trading centre @Grum please fix this :'(
@Koala_eiO Why do you consider villager breeders to be an exploit? Those use 100% intended features and with this bug they'd only have to be rebuilt slightly, but they'd use the same mechanics regardless.
This bug is quite annoying.. The best thing you can do is rename your shulker boxes to their corresponding color and than shulker box, but it will say the color in the container gui which the un-named doesn't and also the font is tilted
I found such hilly examples in a Plains biome in a normal world as well, that's why I tested it in a single biome world to get more examples. Also, as seen in the attachments, snowy- and sunflower plains are unaffected, it's just the normal Plains biomes that have these enormous mountains in them.
