She's had the game for about 2 years. A few days ago I finally broke down and allowed her to purchase some addons (worlds/skins/etc) for her game. Ever since then the game has taken longer and longer to load. Now it won't go past the red mojang loading screen. We never had a single problem until I decided to allow her to make a purchase. I feel like I just threw my money away. Really sucks.
We have the disc version, if that matters.
I also noticed when I tried to make a ticket it asked what version I had. I looked and we have version 2.20, which apparently isn't an option in the drop down menu. When I manually typed it in it says it doesn't exist. What? Very confused. PLEASE FIX THIS. From the amount of other posts it appears this has been ongoing issue for quite some time.
