Are you on the switch? Because this is an issue we now reported directly to Mojang, after extensive technical assistance from Nintendo trying to fix it. Our tv screen freezes and goes to black on start, won’t load. Then goes white. We can’t play the game at all now! This is after update 1.13.2 for switch. We’ve been working with Nintendo since October!
