I found the issue, the problem was that i had a datapack enabled the more mob heads one from vanilla tweaks
this is fixed now
this also happens on bedrock too
I was just about to report this bug but I realized I should look it up before reporting so I did.
There is also A bug where the zombified piglin looks like the zombie pigman from pre-1.16 and the vex uses the old model but uses the new texture witch makes it look very weird however this only happened when i joined my brother's world

@OcelotOnesie are the mods Minecraft devs? and will this be fixed in next preview version because it seems like an easy fix.
Some items might not have plurals and if this were to be added many resource packs would have to be updated like for example if i made a resource pack that swapped diamond and coal and also changed the name and this would be fixed in an update it would say Not enough Coals or Not enough Diamond
